He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Lewis and Maude Johnson; and his daughter Jacqueline. He is survived by: his wife Hermine; his children, Michael (UK), Eton, Arthur, Carol (Dianne), Cecille and Heather; his granddaughter Sadee; and his nieces and nephews, Karen, Murna and Shellyann. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; five brothers, two sisters.
