She was predeceased by: her parents, Marjorie A. Butler (Melrose) and Donald F. Butler (Melrose); and her siblings, Michael F. Butler (Melrose) and Barbara Vanaria (Rhode Island). She is survived by: her daughter Kerry Butler.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in Cheryl's memory.
