He is survived by: his son Robert Cook of Waltham; his siblings, Helen Cherubine and Richard Cook; his grandchildren, Christianna Hogue (Daniel), Jamee Coulter-Cook of Waltham and Nathaniel Coulter-Cook of Waltham; his great grandchildren, Kian and Aria Hogue; his nephews, Robert, Edward and Gary Cook; and his daughter-in-law Laura Coulter of Waltham.
