He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Hitchman (Mae) and Arthur Hitchman; his sisters, Pat Russell, Mary Bird and Carol Dwyer; and his sisters-in-law, Carol McClellan and Eileen McClellan.
He is survived by: his spouse Claire McClellan; his brothers-in-law, Michael Dwyer and William McClellan; and his friends, Pat and Paul Reynolds. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
