He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Gail Fertig; his children, Benjamin Fertig (Elana) and Ari Fertig (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Indigo, Aviva, Eitan and Elijah Fertig; and his sister Rhoda Cobin (David).
