He was predeceased by: his parents, John Contreas and Celia Contreas (Pellegrino); his wife Helen (Anguioni); and his brothers, Joseph, Julius, John and Vincent. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, grand nephews and nieces, and great-grand nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Weir-MacCuish Funeral Home (144 Salem St, Malden, MA 02148). An entombment was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (297 Main St, Malden, MA 02148).
