He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel H. Bowen and Mary Elizabeth Bowen Jr. (Smith). He is survived by: his siblings, Samuel H. Bowen III (Gail) of Douglas, Marilyn Conley (Phillip) of Bellingham and Eleanor Hermistone of Blackstone; and his girlfriend Marjorie Braccio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
