He was predeceased by: his father Richard J. Keough, Sr.; and his brother Richard J. Keough, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Catherine A. Keough (Duerden); and his brothers, Daniel A. Keough of Crossville, Robert A. Isabel of Columbus and Timothy E. Keough. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
