She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kulesza and Mary Kulesza (Rolaskivich); and her siblings, Joan, John and Anita.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph; her sons, John Wasak (Heather) of Pawtucket and Joseph Wasak (Jennifer Speight) of Sutton, Massachusetts.; her grandchildren, Chelsea, Patrick, Kristian and Parker; and her great grandchild Logan.
