He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Sullivan and Agnes Sullivan; and his brother Mark Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Sullivan (Gentile); his sister Pamela "Punk" Murray; and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Keene, Ernest F. Gentile of Milford and Claire M. Mullen (Philip "P. J.). He is also survived by His sisters dog.
