He was predeceased by: his wife Ann M Boultenhouse (Morrissey); his parents, George C. Boultenhouse and Helen Boultenhouse (Shevory); his brother Joseph Boultenhouse; and his foster brother William Hamm.
He is survived by: his children, William K. Boultenhouse (Kimberly) of Bellingham, Paul R. Boultenhouse of Arizona, Janet I. Normandin (Eric) of Franklin and Diane C. Boultenhouse-Santagate (Dede) of Uxbridge; his siblings, Robert Boultenhouse of Wareham, John Boultenhouse of Norton, Richard Boultenhouse of Pawtucket, RI, Carol Boultenhouse of Fort Pierce, FL., Helen Doucette and Raymond Boultenhouse; his foster siblings, Emily Coakley, Joseph Hamm (Sonny) and Francis Hamm; his grandchildren, Brian, Daniel, Shea Boultenhouse, Abby, Haley, Molly Normandin, Rachel and Jacob Santagate; and his great grandchild William Boultenhouse. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
