He is survived by: his wife Ethel M. Maguire (McGunigle); his sons, John H. Maguire of Agawam and Timothy J. Maguire (Donna); his grandchild Kailey Ann Maguire of Franklin; his great grandchild Kerry Marie Maguire of Franklin; and his siblings, Henry Maguire of Royal Highlands and Maureen Maguire of Newton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
