We bid farewell to Joanne Denise Kowalik of Medway, Massachusetts, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 15, 2025 at the age of 92. Joanne Denise touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Leo F. Kowalik, Sr.; her parents, James P. Cummings and Marie Cummings (Dunlavey); and her siblings, Dorothy O'Brien, James B. Cummings and Barbara Oatway.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanne Santora (David) of Shrewsbury, Leo F. Kowalik Jr. (Margaret) of Buzzards Bay, Nancy Souder of Milford and James Kowalik (Terri) of Medway; her grandchildren, James Kowalik Jr. (Brittany), Kaitlyn McHugh (Chris), Melissa Felper, Leo F. Kowalik III (Eryn), Bradley Kowalik (Sarid), Mark Souder, Christopher Kowalik (Chelsea) and Zachary Santora (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Isabelle, Ashlyn, Alonso, Colton, Leo IV, Rory, Areli and Kylie Joanne; and her caregivers, Megan, Jane and Mari.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home (3 Barber St, Medway, MA 02053). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Joseph Church (151 Village St, Medway, MA 02053).
