He was predeceased by: his parent Harley L.; and his spouse Hendrika Collins (Peperkamp). He is survived by: his parent Marian F. Collins (Wellings); his children, Debbie Collins of Gloucester and James Collins of Chelmsford; his sibling Loretta Meucci; and his husband Anthony of Medford.
