He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Riley and Emily Riley; and his brother Gary Riley. He is survived by: his significant other Lois Marie Riley (Duffy); his sister Emily Newbury of Washington; his siblings-in-law, Paula Riley of Alabama and Charles Newbury; his children, Christine M. Riley-Walsh (Kevin), William B. Riley (Regina) and Kevin J. Riley (Cindy); his grandchildren, Nelson (Cindy), Patrick (Melinda), Katelyn (Gary), Shannon (Lawrence), Meghan (Malden) and Bryanne (William Jr.); his great grandchildren, Alicia, Ayden, Aubrey, Angelo and Layla; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
