He was predeceased by: his wife Janet; and his siblings, Francis Carr Jr. and Eleanor (Carr). He is survived by: his children, William A. Carr, Jr. (Beth), Douglas Carr (Donna Laquidara-Carr) of Medford, MA, Maura Rauseo (Keith Rauseo) of Tewksbury, MA and Gregory Carr (Jessica); his grandchildren, Bill, Jefferson Rauseo (Coryana), Hayley Carr, Matthew Rauseo, Benjamin Rauseo, Kelley Carr, Nolan Carr and Daniel; and his sister Janet (Carr).
Bill was awarded the Keys to the City of Medford in 1995 at his 60 th birthday party in recognition of his longtime service and contributions to Medford.
