With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Donovan of Medford, Massachusetts, born in Charlestown, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 12, 2020 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Carr and Grace Carr (Fitzgerald). She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Donovan (Bo); her children, Jean M. Mahoney (Patrick) of Plum Island, Robert E. Donovan, Jr. of Medford and James K. Donovan (Anna); her grandchildren, Kerri D. Tolman (Michael) of Newbury, Kevin D. Mahoney of Plum Island and Stephen J. Donovan of Medford; her sister Justine Brogan of Everett, MA; and also Sarah Palumbo of Medford. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
