He was predeceased by: his parents, Cosmo Ciano and Alta Ciano (Cicerano); his spouse Shirley (Atkinson); his grandson Mark Ciano; and his sibling Jackie Ciano.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Eileen Bruno; his children, Vincent J. Ciano, Jr. (late Janice), Cheryl Douglas (Raymond Collins), Donna Ellard (Charles), David Ciano and Denise Ciano (Jack Fernandes); his grandchildren, Michael Ciano, Gina Sinacola, Jennifer Dunne, Charles, Adam, Brandon, Karissa Ellard, Jessica, Dylan, Julia Fernandes, Alan Douglas and Christy Ann Douglas; and his siblings, Mary Genovese (Peter), Tina Capone and Charles Ciano, Sr.. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
