It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vincent J. DiClemente of Medford, Massachusetts, born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 2, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael DiClemente and Luisa DiClemente (D'Argento); and his sister Lena Prisco. He is survived by: his wife Jerri DiClemente (DeNunzio); his children, Vincent DiClemente (Liz) of Medford, Louanne Silvestro (Peter) of Danvers, Sabrina Salvati (Gerard) of Medford and Michael DiClemente (Karen) of Stoneham; his grandchildren, Michael, James, Megan, Leigha, Arianna, Jarred, Francesca and Dante; his great grandchildren, Sara, Ava, Owen, Giulia, Emilia, Gio, Sophia, Jack and Genna; and his siblings, Elizabeth Rossini, Florence Bernardinelli and Joseph DiClemente.
