He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Regan and Rita M. Regan (Colbert); and his brother Joseph J. Regan. He is survived by: his siblings, Paul J. Regan of Medford and Linda E. Needham (Stephen) of Reading; his nieces, Nicole and Jessica; his nephew Stephen Needham; and his uncle Bernard Regan of Stoneham. He is also survived by many loving cousins and devoted friends.
