He was predeceased by: his parent Salvatore D'Amico. He is survived by: his parent Mary L. D'Amico (Moreno); his granddaughter Chauffer; his spouse Marie A. D'Amico (Terravecchia); his children, Salvatore J. D'Amico (Celicia) of Dracut and Ann J. D'Amico of Medford; his grandchildren, Salvatore J. D'Amico Jr. of Dracut and Mia A. LaPorte of Medford; his sibling Paula Manning (Daniel) of Arizona; and his nieces and nephews, Danny Manning of California, Tina Dampolo (Scott) of Stoneham and Tara Teneriello (Mike) of Stoneham.
