He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Amari and Anna Amari (Sigismondo); and his brother Peter Amari. He is survived by: his wife Frances Amari (Pellegrino); his children, Joanne Semenza (late David) of Medford, Robert Amari, Jr. of Florida, Lisa Amari Stone (David Stone) of Medford and John Amari of Medford; his grandchildren, David Semenza Jr. (Shauna), Joseph Semenza and Stella Semenza; and his siblings, Marie Pignone and Richard Amari. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
