She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosario Greca and Iaga La Greca (Orsolini); and her siblings, Norma Giannattasio and Joseph La Greca. She is survived by: her sister Mary Rizzo; and her nieces and nephews, Linda, Marco, Roberto, Annalisa, Cindy, John, Jim, Steve and Jeff. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Rita's name to the American Lung Association., 1661 Worcester Rd., Suite 301, Framingham, MA, 01701.
