He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Clemens and Helen F. Clemens (Fitzgerald); and his brother Edward J. Clemens. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn E. Clemens (Gerrard); his children, Helen Shirtcliff (William), Jeannie Kozlowski (Thomas), Edward Clemens (Jill) and Evelyn Franzese (David); his grandchildren, Christopher Shirtcliff, Jillian Carter (Shirtcliff), Richard Lipinski, Jacqueline Dolezal (Clemens), Joshua Shirtcliff, Stacie Lang (Clemens), Benjamin Franzese, Rebecca McGuirk (Franzese), David Lipinski, Matthew Lipinski, Jamie Clemens and Olivia Clemens; and his siblings, John (Margaret), Marie Provenzano (Clemens), Jean White (Eugene) and Walter (Debra). He is also survived by twelve loving great-grandchildren.
