She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Morris and Nora Morris (Costello); her husband Bernard H. McAvoy; and her siblings, Delia O'Malley, James Morris and Eileen Strudas.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Weeks (Keith) of Billerica, Brian McAvoy (Tracy) of Waltham and Paul McAvoy of Medford; her grandchildren, Scott Weeks, Elizabeth, Kevin McAvoy, Brennan and Patrick McAvoy; her siblings, Mary Behen (late Thomas) of Nahant and John Morris (Rita) of Eden Knock; and her sister-in-law Mary Mahoney. She is also survived by many loving niece and nephews.
