She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Stack and William Stack; and her siblings, Dr. Elaine Vande Hei (Stack) and William Stack, Jr.. She is survived by: her brother-in-law Col. Richard Vande Hei; and her nephews, Artur and Marcin Vande Hei.
