It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret L. Fitzpatrick of Medford, Massachusetts, born in Charlestown, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 5, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas F. Fitzpatrick; and her brother Jimmy. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Murphy (late John) of Medford, Patricia Fabiano (Chuck) of Melrose and Thomas Fitzpatrick (Janice) of Melrose; and her sibling Thomas O'Brien. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 510 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
