He was predeceased by: his parents, Mina Gjoka and Kostandina Gjoka; and his sibling Jorgji Gjoka. He is survived by: his siblings, Rista Gjoka Nini, Vasilika Gjoka Dhimitri and Jani Gjoka; his wife Lirika Gjoka; and his children, Alketa Keti Gjoka and Minella Gjoka. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
