She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Barrone; and her brother Frank. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Barrone (Gloria) of North Billerica and Joanne Dembro of Lowell; her grandchildren, Stephanie Meuse (Jon), Stacey Graves (Chris), Julia Barrone, Christina Dubey (Stephen) and Nicole Rathkey; and her siblings, Alma Keefe, Jenny Sullivan, Albert Ferrante, Anthony and Charlie Ferrante. She is also survived by many loving great grandchildren.

In keeping with Josephine's wishes and due to the current health pandemic funeral services will be private.
