He was predeceased by: his father Joe M. Carver. He is survived by: his mother Judy K. Carver (Eddie Donaldson) of Springdale; his family Yahtzee; his wife Holly J. Carver (Heil); his stepfather Eddie; his siblings, Wendi Carver Knight of Springdale, Mark Talburt (Patti) of Omaha, Elizabeth Donaldson of Fayetteville and Christy Carver Rybiski; his nieces and nephews, Ashlee, Hannah, Devon, Emerson and Scarlet; and his mother-in-law Sally Heil.
