He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Forti and Margaret Forti (Kevin); and his grandson Mark. He is survived by: his wife Christine Forti (Harrington); his children, James Forti (Cynthia) of New Hampshire, John Forti (Janet) of Atkinson and MaryEllen Rodrigues (Manny) of Medford; his grandchildren, Kevin (Jenn), Jeff (Marisa), Jaimie, Michael (Morgan), Stephen (Kelly), David, Lisa (Daniel), Lori (Derek), James and Austin; his great grandchildren, Mason, Sam, Tilda, Douglas, Kelbie, Allison, Mia, Kelsie, Keiran, Penny, Jack, Claire, Thomas, Margaret, Daniel and Lucas; and his brothers, William Forti (Carol) of Maine and Joseph Forti (late Laura) of Maine. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
