He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Fleming and Ellen Fleming (Reardon); his wife Margaret "Peggy" Fleming; and his brothers, Maurice Fleming (Margaret), Patrick Fleming (Germaine) and Harold Fleming.

He is survived by: his nieces, Barbara Fleming of Medford and Patricia Fay of Cape Cod. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
