With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John M. McGrath of Medford, Massachusetts, born in Torbay, Newfoundland, who passed away on August 16, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael McGrath and Mary Quigley (Morey); and his brother-in-law James Landry. He is survived by: his wife Mary A. (Farrissey); his daughters, Donna Duva (Steven) of Tyngsboro, Diane Kingston (Bob) of Watertown, Denise Muise of Dracut, Debra Porter of Dracut and Deidra McMorrow (Paul) of Dracut; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Jason Duva, Steven Ramos, Jessica, John, Jaclyn Muise, Hayley, Hannah Porter, Conor and Brady McMorrow; his great grandchildren, Charlee and Jameson Duva; and his siblings, Robert McGrath of Medford and Margaret Landry of Woburn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
