He was predeceased by: his parents, John Levakis and Dorothy Levakis (Beaumier). He is survived by: his children, Christopher Paris of Saugus and Nicole Slocum of Medford; his stepdaughter Corina Paris of Medford; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Ava, Anthony, Alexandria and Autumn.
