He is survived by: his wife Janet McLaughlin (McCafferty); his children, John J. McLaughlin (Kerry), Julie O'Connell (Mark) and Jeff McLaughlin (Alyssa); his sister Geri Caruso (Richard); and his grandchildren, Mark, John J., Rachel McLaughlin and William McLean. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
