He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Garrity and Kathleen Garrity (Foley); and his son John T. "Jay" Garrity. He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Debi" Garrity (Kapetanakis); his children, Jillian V. Washuta (Ben) and Christopher M. Garrity (Leigha); and his grandchildren, Katherine, George and Jack.
