He was predeceased by: his parents, Camillo "Charlie" and Anna "Josie" DeMelis (DeMarco); and his brother Anthony DeMelis (Irene). He is survived by: his nephews, Ronald DeMelis of Revere, Kenneth DeMelis (Marci) of Alton Bay, William Tommasino (Deborah) of Jupiter and Robert Tommasino (Patricia) of West Newbury; his niece Margaret Conley of Newburyport, Massachusetts.; and his sister Olga Tramontozzi (Pasquale).
