He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph DeCristofaro and Lucille DeCristofaro (Moncada); and his grandson Garrett Anthony Joseph Theisen. He is survived by: his wife Anne J. DeCristofaro (McDonagh); his brother Christopher Clements of Florida; and his children, Joseph C. DeCristofaro of Medford, Lucille DeCristofaro of New York City, Anne Mary Theisen (David) of Tewksbury, Barbara DeCristofaro of Medford, Maureen Sawyer (DeCristofaro) of Medford, Karen DeChiara (Michael) of Chelmsford, Denise DeCristofaro of Medford and Tara Melo (Eric) of Medford. He is also survived by his eight children, nineteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Joseph's Church where Jerry, a man of great faith, was a lifelong parishioner.
