He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son James; his parents, Belinda Feeney Owens and Joseph Michael Owens; his wife Elizabeth Boyle Owens; his children, Ellen Owens (Susie Amster), Mary Talcherkar (Nakul Talcherkar), Jennifer Owens, Neil Owens of Okinawa, Japan and Deirdre Owens (Jonathan Williams); his grandson Brendan Owens; and also Lara Owens of Amesbury, MA. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
