We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2023, Jacqueline (Hall) U. Siekman (Medford, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Hall and Ursula Hall (Shore); and her sister Jane Leonard. She is survived by: her husband Edward B Siekman; her sons, Edward Siekman (Sidra) of Billerica and Michael Siekman (Jenna) of Medford; her grandsons, Brandon, Justin and Anthony; her siblings, Joanne DiMatteo (Donald) of Dennis, Judith DiMatteo (Joseph) of Billerica and Richard Hall (Kathy); and her sister-in-law Mary Siekman of Methuen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
