It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harold Shear (Medford, Massachusetts), who passed away on May 6, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Josephine Shear (Jacobs); and his parents, Benjamin Shear and Helen Shear. He is survived by: his sons, Frank Shear of Framingham, James Shear of North Reading and David Shear of Swampscott; his daughters-in-law, Rena Shear and Heidi Shear; his grandchildren, Lauren, Sierra, Cooper and Joshua Shear; and his siblings, Geri Welans, Berta Shear and Sidney Shear.

Funeral services are private due to regulations imposed by the Coronavirus pandemic.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in his memory to a food bank of the donor's choice.
