He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald L., Sr. and Alice Banks (Foster). He is survived by: his wife Sandra A. Banks (Nicoli); his children, Dawn L. Banks (Virginia J. A. Santens) of Scottsdale and Mark A. (Tricia A. Banks) of Medford; and his brothers-in-law, John Nicoli (Steven Sullivan) of California and Warren Nicoli (Fred Huntwork) of Nantasket. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
