She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph P. Montalbano and Anna Montalbano (DeSaro); her boyfriend John Mainzi; and her sister Josephine Kane. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Spinale (Maria) of Malden, Richard Spinale of Melbourne, FL, Dawn Anderson of San Diego, CA and Robert Spinale (Cathy) of Winthrop; her daughter-in-law Denise Beudreau of Malden; her grandchildren, Regina Bertolaccini (David), Theresa Spinale, Ben Spinale and Jessica Anecone (Joe); her great grandchildren, Jeremy, Zachary, Adria and Jade; and her siblings, Ann Montalbano and John Montalbano. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
