She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Montagna and Giuseppina Montagna (Battinelli); her husband Agostino "Guss" Cavaliere; her daughter Frances Cavaliere; and her brother Joseph.

She is survived by: her daughter Joann Turco (Gaetano) of Stoneham; her grandchildren, Gina (Anthony Bistany) and Gregory Turco; her siblings, Irma Palumbo (Anthony) of Stoneham and Libero Montagna; her nephews, John, Michael Palumbo and Michael Picciocchi; her niece Lena O'Connell; and her pet Leo.
