He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Helen (Newman); his children, Dennis Newman (Marie) of Reading, Dorothy Newman-Burke (David) of Medford, Edward Bockley Jr. (Robin) of Lynn, Erich Bockley (Lisa) of North Reading, Laura Bockley-Kenney (Jimmy) of Medford and Louise Shapanka; and his children-in-law, Andrew Shapanka (Alessandra) and Emily Bockley of Melrose. He was also cherished by grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
