Peracchi (Medford, Massachusetts), born in Somerville, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 16, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Peracchi and Mary Peracchi (Grignaffini); and her brother Louis Peracchi (Evelyn). She is survived by: her brother Charles Peracchi (Dorothy); her nieces and nephews, John Peracchi, Carla Tassinari, Diane Ryan, Paula Terrio, Laura Falconeiri and Christopher Peracchi; and her close friend Angela Squitieri.
