He was predeceased by: his parents, Joshua Polley and Lydia B. Polley (Dorey); his wife Madeline M. R. Polley (Grande); and his sisters, Myrtle Matejski, Lois Peterson and Doris Lync.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Polley-Berte (Arthur) of Londonderry, NH, Matthew Polley of Medford, Thomas Polley of Monterey, CA and Larry Polley (Melanie Strahan) of Epsom, NH.; his grandchildren, Jason, Jacob Polley, Nicole Roduit (Alex) and Sara Berte; and his sister Marilyn Crawford. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
