He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Srebnick and Lucille Srebnick (Giordano); and his siblings, John and Rosemarie Srebnick. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Srebnick (D'Antilio); his children, Jason Srebnick (Michelle) of Chelmsford, Lynette Desharnais of Medford and Joshua Srebnick (Kathy) of Salem; his grandchildren, Cameron, Kyle, Julia, Emma and Calla; his brother Albert Srebnick; and his pets, Stoli and Ellie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in gratitude to Brigham and Women's Hospital to support the Shapiro Center.
