Welch (Medford, Massachusetts), born in Somerville, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 2, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Welch and Emeline Welch (Drew); his sibling Janea Cox; and his father-in-law Timothy J. Murphy. He is survived by: his spouse Patrice M. Welch (Murphy); his mother-in-law Lucy Murphy of East Boston; his siblings-in-law, Eileen, Neill Norcott of Swampscott and Timothy D. Murphy of East Boston; and his nephew Michael Norcott (Kaitlin Magee) of Salem.
