He is survived by: his grandmother Mary Chubbs of Medford; his brother Paul Burns; his niece Mikayla Burns; his stepmother Barbara MacNeil of Weymouth; his aunts and uncles, Michael, Joan Chubbs of Marshfield, Mark and Cheryl Chubbs of Medford; and his cousins, Jodi, Michael, Jason, Ashley, Mark and Bryan.
